FAQs

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We try to get your products out as soon as possible, email or use our webchat to contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to alter or cancel your order before it is processed. You can also return un-opened items. Go to the return and exchange page to learn more!
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Simply log in to your blueribbonbeautycosmetics.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details.
  • My package shows delivered but it hasn't arrived!
    Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In most cases, your package will arrive in 3-5 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we're not responsible for packages that have been stolen after delivery, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. If you have any remaining questions, feel free to contact us!
  • Not all of my items arrived
    Please contact us with your name, order number and the missing product in question. We'll be happy to help!
  • I recieved the incorrect item(s)
    Please contact us with your name, order number and the incorrect products you recieved and we will help you!
  • My order arrived damaged
    We strive for 100% satisfaction with every order! If your items arrived damaged, please contact us with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).
  • Do you offer bulk and wholesale pricing?
    Yes we do! Contact us at rachel@blueribbonbeautycosmetics.com for pricing and information.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Blue Ribbon Beauty never tests on animals. Everything is 100% cruelty free!
  • I have allergies!
    While Blue Ribbon Beauty cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment, you can find the full ingredient list for each product in the 'ingredients' section of every product page.
  • Where are your products made?
    All of Blue Ribbon Beauty's products are made in the USA. They are manufactered according to FDA standards in Westfield, VT; and packaged/distributed in Niles, MI.
  • Are the products in my cart on hold?
    Products in your cart are not reserved. They are however, once the purchase process is complete!
  • How much is shipping?
    All orders shipping to the lower 48 states have a flat rate fee of $4.50. You can view pricing for all other shipping destinations in your cart. Faster shipping options are also available for an additonal cost.
  • Do you offer expedited shippping?
    Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee depending on your location! These options & prices are listed at check out.
  • Where will my order ship from?
    Niles, Michigan USA, our packaging and distributing center.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    Blue Ribbon Beauty Cosmetics ships via the United Stated Postal Service.
  • When will my order arrive?
    All orders within the lower 48 states should arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    For US orders, blueribbonbeautycosmetics.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept paypal!
  • How long does it take to recieve a refund?
    Depending on your bank and payment processor, US refunds take about 7-10 business days.
  • How much is sales tax?
    We don't charge sales tax on our online orders!
  • Help! My promo code won't work
    Be sure to check for typos, and/or copy and paste the exact promo code in the promo code box on the first page of checkout. If your promo code isn't working, be sure to check the expiration date and that your code is valid for use on the products in your cart. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and include the promo code you are trying to use.
